Using DDS makes it feel like the office runs itself. In the beginning, it requires a period of learning and key activities performed by office staff. Learn more about what your team needs to do in order to make DDS successful.

  • 4 Week Reporting Kickoff

The first 4 weeks of using DDS are critical to your ongoing success. We ask that every day, for the first 4 weeks, your team shares a few key metrics with the DDS team via email or another method. This will help DDS track goals remotely.

  • Remote Log-In

Your office is busy. We get it. And while DDS won’t take up too much of your time, sometimes we need to check progress and data, ideally without bothering your staff. We require customers to install GotoMyPC so that DDS staff can audit key metrics and make real-time recommendations for changes.

  • Tracking Workbook

There are a few important metrics to track every day at the end of a shift. DDS will provide you with a simple workbook where you will input just a handful of metrics about your day. This process takes less than 3 minutes and will allow DDS to remotely spot challenges and areas of strengh.

  • Monthly Reports for the Dentist

Once your team takes on the new DDS schedule, we want to make sure that you’re seeing results. That’s why we provide monthly reports to the Dentist, highlighting how well the schedule is being followed and key results to-date. Our method requires mutual accountability, and reporting to the doctor is how we support that.

  • Support When You Need It

We’re committed to your success. That’s why DDS staff is available by phone and email every month, ready to answer questions and offer advice.

  • Annual Goal Refresh

After your first year using DDS, you might decide to keep your new schedule or possibly work toward even more revenue. The opportunities are endless! That’s why DDS offers a free goal refresh for every new year that you use our program, ensuring that your office has the perfect schedule that meets current business needs.
